In order to be approved for Lodge accommodations, the following are required:

MUST upload DD214 or Valid Service Records [Attachment can be either an image or document file type - use the appropriate Upload box below]
Acknowledge Lodge Dates - Lodge is open Tuesday through Saturday, and closed Sunday and Monday from February-October [Visitors must be checked out by 4pm on Saturday - stay cannot be extended to Sunday]
